// 01What Skill Hive is

Skill Hive is a calisthenics and workout tracking service operated by Hive Mindset ("we", "us"). It includes the web app at app.skillhive.one, the Android app distributed as an APK, the Telegram bot and Mini App @skillhive_robot, and this website (together, the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

// 02Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to use Skill Hive. By using the Service you confirm that you are 16 or older.

// 03Not medical advice

Skill Hive is a fitness tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the Service — including workout suggestions, muscle-load estimates, recovery indicators, ranks and anything the AI Coach says — is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

• Talk to a doctor first. Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
• You train at your own risk. You are responsible for using proper form, choosing loads appropriate to your level, and training in a safe environment.
• Listen to your body. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or anything unusual, and seek medical help if needed.

// 04The AI Coach

The Coach's suggestions are generated automatically from your training log by an AI model. They can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. The Coach never changes your log without your explicit approval — and what you approve and perform is your decision and your responsibility.

// 05Your account and data

An account is optional — the app works fully on your device without one. If you sign in, keep your devices and sign-in methods secure; activity under your account is your responsibility. Your training data remains yours, and how we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. We recommend keeping your own backups (Settings → Backup: file export or your own Google Drive).

// 06Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and don't spoil it for others. In particular, do not:

• access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data;
• probe, overload, disrupt or circumvent the Service, its sync API, or the Telegram bot;
• scrape the Service or hammer it with automated requests;
• use offensive or impersonating display names, or harass other users through friends and leaderboard features;
• reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

// 07Availability and changes

Skill Hive is provided free of charge and keeps evolving. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — though the local-first design keeps your log usable even when our servers are not.

// 08Intellectual property

The Service, its code, design and branding belong to Hive Mindset or its licensors. Your training data belongs to you.

// 09Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for loss of data you chose not to back up, or for injuries resulting from your training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

// 10Termination

You can stop using Skill Hive at any time and erase your data in the app (Settings → Delete all data). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

// 11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The current version always lives at this address with its "last updated" date; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
